1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GlowAI. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Munetic regarding your use of our mobile application and related services.
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING GLOWAI, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
2. Description of Service
GlowAI is an AI-powered facial aesthetics app for cosmetic and entertainment purposes. It analyzes selfies you capture and produces facial-harmony and attractiveness-style scores, tier and archetype labels, and a personalized “glow-up” plan. It also includes an AI Coach and routine builder spanning skincare, hair, grooming, fitness, nutrition, sleep and related wellness, plus optional product suggestions.

Important: Scores, tiers and labels are subjective, AI-generated estimates for entertainment only — they are not a measure of your worth and are not medical diagnoses or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for any health or skin concern.
3. User Eligibility and Account Requirements
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 to use GlowAI. We ask your age during sign-up and block accounts under 13, but we do not formally verify age or identity. If you are under 18, you should use GlowAI only with a parent or guardian's permission.

- One account per user (multiple accounts prohibited)
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- • Upload your own facial images for analysis
- • View and track your analysis results
- • Access educational content and recommendations
- • Share appropriate content as permitted
Prohibited Activities
- • Upload images of others without consent
- • Submit inappropriate or illegal content
- • Attempt to hack or exploit the service
- • Use automated tools or bots
- • Commercial use without authorization
- • Violate applicable laws or regulations
5. Scan Credits
How Credits Work
GlowAI currently does not sell credits, subscriptions, or any in-app purchases — scan credits are provided free, subject to fair-use and daily limits to prevent abuse, and a failed analysis never consumes a credit. If we add paid features later, we will update these Terms and show pricing and refund terms before any charge, with purchases processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their billing and refund policies.
6. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: GLOWAI IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE OR SERVICE
What GlowAI Is NOT:

- • Treatment recommendation system
- • Medical condition detector
What You Should Do:
- • Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns
- • Use results for educational purposes only
- • Seek professional advice for skin conditions
- • Don't rely solely on AI analysis
7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
- • AI analysis may not be 100% accurate
- • Service requires stable internet connection
- • May not work on all devices or operating systems
- • Temporary service unavailability for maintenance
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Account Termination & Deletion
How to Delete Your Account
You have complete control and can delete your account at any time:

- • You lose access to the service immediately
- • All facial images are removed from all systems
- • This action is irreversible - there is no recovery
Termination by You (Voluntary)
You may delete your account at any time through the path shown above. No questions asked, no delays.
Effect: Immediate loss of access
Data: Erased immediately
Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded
Termination by Us
We may terminate your access for terms violations, illegal activity, abuse, or service protection.
Notice: Usually provided (except for severe violations)
Data: Deleted immediately upon termination
Refunds: No refunds for terms violations
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage contacting us first to resolve disputes. Legal proceedings must be brought in courts of Armenia.

12. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy
GlowAI uses third-party artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini) to analyze your photos and generate scores, descriptions, coach responses, routines, and product suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and aesthetic scores and tiers are subjective estimates for entertainment — not facts, and not a judgment of your worth. Do not rely on GlowAI for medical, health, dietary, fitness, or other professional decisions; consult a qualified professional.
13. Your Content and License
You keep ownership of the photos and content you submit. You confirm the photos are of yourself (or that you have the necessary permission) and grant Munetic a limited, revocable license to process, transmit (including to our AI provider), and store that content solely to provide GlowAI's features to you. We do not use your face images to train AI models or for advertising. When you delete a scan or your account, the associated content is deleted from our systems.
14. Intellectual Property
GlowAI, including its software, design, models, and content (excluding your own content), is owned by Munetic and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
15. Affiliate Disclosure
Some product suggestions contain affiliate links (including the Amazon Associates program). If you buy through these links, Munetic may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Suggestions are not paid endorsements and do not change the price you pay.
16. Third-Party Services and App Stores
GlowAI relies on third-party services (e.g. Google Gemini and Google Firebase) governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to those stores' terms. On iOS, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them, and Apple is not responsible for the app or any claims relating to it.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of GlowAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

BY USING GLOWAI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
