Looksmaxxing
A looksmaxxing app for people who want numbers, not forum advice.
Looksmaxxing has a research problem: enormous amounts of advice, almost none of it measured against your actual face. GlowAI starts from a scan, sorts what's changeable from what isn't, and builds the routine from there.

The problem with how looksmaxxing usually works
The standard loop is: read a thread, adopt a protocol, wonder for six months whether it did anything. There’s no baseline, no measurement, and no way to tell a real improvement from a better camera angle.
Worse, most advice is aimed at an average face that isn’t yours. A routine built around jawline definition is wasted on someone whose jaw already measures inside its ideal range and whose actual weak point is skin texture.
Measure first. Then decide what to work on.
GlowAI scans your face from two photos and measures 75 geometric ratios against ideal ranges taken from published anthropometric literature. That produces three things worth having:
- A baseline. One composite harmony score, plus every underlying number, recorded so you can compare against it later.
- Your strengths. The features already sitting inside their ideal range — the ones to stop worrying about, and to stop accidentally working against.
- Your priorities. The fixable metrics ranked by how much moving them would change your overall score.

Fixable versus fixed
This is the distinction the internet is worst at, and it’s the one that decides whether looksmaxxing is productive or corrosive.
| Lever | Realistically changeable? | Typical horizon |
|---|---|---|
| Grooming, brows, hair, style | Yes — immediately | Same day |
| Skin clarity and texture | Yes — with consistency | 1–3 months |
| Body composition and facial fat | Yes — slowly | 3–12 months |
| Sleep, hydration, posture | Yes — and underrated | Weeks |
| Bone structure and skeletal ratios | No | Not without surgery |
GlowAI only ever coaches the top four rows. It does not give surgical or medical advice, and it will tell you plainly when a metric isn’t something a routine can move.
From scan to daily plan
Once the scan exists, the coach has context. Ask it a question and it’s answering about your face, not a generic one — it knows which metrics came back weak and which came back strong. Out of that comes a concrete plan: a morning routine, an evening routine, and a weekly structure covering training, nutrition timing and sleep.
Re-scan later and the plan updates against the new numbers. That feedback loop — measure, act, re-measure — is the entire point, and it’s the thing a forum thread can never give you.
A note on doing this healthily
Measurement is a tool, and like any tool it can be misused. A harmony score is a description of geometry against population averages — it’s not a measure of your worth, and it doesn’t predict how people respond to you in real life. Expression, warmth, grooming, and confidence do work that no ratio captures.
If tracking a number starts making you feel worse rather than more informed, that’s the signal to put it down. GlowAI is deliberately built to hand you a short list of actionable things and then get out of the way — not to invite daily re-scanning.

Common questions
What does looksmaxxing mean?
Looksmaxxing is the practice of systematically improving your appearance. In practice it splits into softmaxxing — grooming, skincare, hair, body composition, sleep, posture, style — and the invasive end, which involves cosmetic procedures. GlowAI is built entirely around the soft side: the things you can change yourself, safely.
Does looksmaxxing actually work?
The reversible parts have a strong track record: body composition, skin health, hair, grooming, sleep and posture visibly change how a face reads. What does not work is chasing metrics that are fixed by bone structure. GlowAI separates the two explicitly, so effort goes where it can pay off.
What is the difference between softmaxxing and hardmaxxing?
Softmaxxing covers everything non-invasive and reversible — routines, habits, grooming, training. Hardmaxxing refers to surgical or injectable intervention. GlowAI only ever coaches the soft side and does not give medical or surgical advice.
How long does a glow up take?
It depends on the lever. Grooming and style change the same day. Skin typically needs one to three months of consistency before a routine shows. Body composition and hair operate on a horizon of months. GlowAI tracks your scan over time so you can see which changes actually moved your numbers.
